Hikercise! is the outdoor workout-adventure where Nature meets the gym. Join Pierre Fils-aime as he leads groups onto Hiking trails all around the Capital region, Catskills, Massachusetts, and Vermont to push your self to the limit in his cardio-cross fit heavy workout programs. Enjoy scenic views of waterfalls and mountain tops while getting in the best shape of your life.

Pierre is focused on making each trip unique, and fun. ensuring his clients learn something about themselves and connect with the world around them. It's his goal to remind you that we don't have to be in a gym or be surrounded by machines to get an effective workout. Pierre transports you to scenic locations, both calming and majestic all the while incoporating intensive cardio, and endurance routines for short burst during the hike. In doing so you don't even notice the workout aspect of the program, but get to view waterfalls, mountain ranges, and the true beauty of nature. he loves giving all his clients the opportunity to experience the program in different ways. Whereby At least twice a month he employs the expertise of his friends certified intheir respective fields who come in as guest instructors to lead a portion of his classes in Yoga. Pierre realizes the importance the connection we all have to this planet is and feels that Yoga is one of the better forms of expressing this unity.

Bootcamp and Yoga Trainer
George received his 200 hr yoga alliance certification from Pure Yoga. his training, led by Kay Kay Clivio and Yogi Charu, inspired him in ways that I led him to inspire others. he uses many principles from extensive trainings in Klein/Mahler Technique, Modern Dance, and Improvisation Dance and infuse them into his Yoga Class. His class is both alignment and breath oriented with an emphasis on the connection between mind and body through these two principles. Most importantly, George provides a safe environment for his students; one where they can work hard, relax, have fun and appreciate their own bodies. Currently, He teaches uptown at David Barton Gym, midtown at Studio 360 and The American Indian Community House, and in Queens at QCC
