HIKERCISE TRAINING

HIKERCISE!  is cardio  based-Body resistance   outdoor  workout  program, that provides all the intensive  training that you'd recieve in a gym and brings you  face to face with all the beautiful scenery  of nature!. Hike  in groups as small as 2, or as large as 12 people and  push yourself to new limits as we confront mother nature in all her glory. Pace yourself!, in the midle of every hike our instructors guide you through a 5 minute intensive cardio routine, before  you reach the top. We have hikes for all different skill levels so everyone can complete any class,  Prove you have what it takes to truly experience this world!

Personal Training

Join Pierre for a one on one class into  HIKERCISE!, and train  together at your own pace. Pierre will guide  you to the hike of your choice and design a workout program tailored just for you and your skill level. All workouts are designed to push you beyond your limits with out forcing you to go over. All personal training classes include  10   minute yoga sessions!.

Group Outdoor Training

 

Workout in groups as small as 2 to groups as large as 12 people,  ensuring everyone has a workout partner to push them to achieve new heights. Pierre, and a guest instructor will guide the group through hikes that range from 3-9 miles long pending on the skill level of the class, and take you to some of the most scenic views in NY, MA, VT, and PA. All group outdoor training classes  include two 5 minute cardio work outs, and one 10 minute yoga session!

Yoga Bootcamp

 

Train with HIKERCISE's own certified yogi, George Hirch. Not only is George a  yoga instructor but he's also an accomplished dancer whose travelled and performed all over the world.
