What's Fit NYC
Fall is upon us! and some of us may feel like this is the time to grab a spice pumpkin latte, throw a sweater on, and store our "summer bods" away for the season, cause "winter is coming" and it's time to pack on the weight. But that my friends is the farthest thing from the truth!. I want to invite you to join me in a city wide excursion of some of the cities most fascinating work out venues and events as I begin to ramp up the launch of my new program City Core. Now you might notice that I avoided using the word "gyms", those of you who know me and are familiar with the Hikercise program know that I'm a huge advocate for working out outside, and using the world as our training room. Well with City core I want to take the same approach, but with a more open mind to what certain venues provide. Namely "Brooklyn zoo NY", don't let the name fool you cause though you might find some "Beast" in here, they won't be caged!.
"Brooklyn Zoo NY is New York City’s newest parkour training facility that revolutionizes the art of movement and fitness. We offer an experience that inspires our members to overcome obstacles both physical and mental. Our services include the art forms of parkour, ninja warrior training, trampoline, tumbling, tricking, dance and more. Our experienced instructors use methods of progression and attention to detail, technique and style, that will help members achieve the results they desire."
"Brooklyn Zoo is a 10,000 sq ft. parkour and fitness facility. Spanning two floors, the Zoo is equipped to accommodate the absolute beginner to the advanced practitioner, anyone can bring their performance to the next level."

This will be the first of many stops this fall. Brooklyn Zoo NY is definitely a unique way to you keep in shape, build confidence, and meet new people all while providing you a outdoor experience indoors!. I'm really excited to try a class in Bar conditioning and parkour. If interested Brooklyn Zoo offers private group class up to 10 people, the more the merrier .(literally, the more people to join the cheaper the cost!)
Privates: Priced Per Hour
1-2 People- $100 3 People - $150 4-5 People- $200 6-10 People - $250
The goal is to experience all new ways of looking at the urban environment and like Hikercise, incorporate the city and all it has to offer into the program. City core will infuse all my experiences while i'm here and focus on making it an interactive, fun day at the play ground we all call the Big Apple!.
Feel free to join me on this adventure as I tackle my first challenge at Brooklyn Zoo NY later this month.
